Policies & Shipping Information

Here at Natural Farm Feed, we strive to make the ordering process quick and straightforward. The following information outlines ordering and shipping information as well as payment and credit policies. 

Ordering Information:

  • You can call or text 509-720-7064 or email your order to sales@nffmail.com - we offer pick up at our location Monday-Saturday from 2-6pm, or pallet delivery through Peninsula Truck Lines.

  • Please keep in mind we are unusually busy this year and your order may not be put on the schedule for the same week, even if you call in advance.

Shipping Information:

  • ​​We currently only offer shipping by the pallet through Peninsula Truck Lines. Peninsula charges a pallet rate for shipping, meaning that the rate is the same no matter how much feed you have on the pallet up to the maximum, so we usually recommend filling the pallet entirely. That being said, you are free to order less than a full pallet - anywhere from 1 bag up to the maximum. A pallet can hold up to 48 bags (50lbs each) or 2400lbs of bulk (1000lbs or more of a single feed in a large bulk tote) or a combination of the two. You can combine any of our feed and supplements on a pallet to reach the 48 bag limit. 

  • Contact us for a shipping quote to a residential address (we require an exact address to be able to get an accurate quote). Depending on location and accessibility the shipping charge can vary. There are also several Peninsula terminals throughout the Pacific Northwest that offer will call pick ups directly from them at a lower rate than residential services. 

  • We ship from our location Monday-Thursday each week. The shipping company usually delivers the following business day, but it is not guaranteed. More remote areas may take longer.  

Payment Policies:

  • ​​We accept cash, check or card in person. Online or over the phone card payments are not accepted.

  • If you are getting a pallet shipped, we require a valid email address to send the invoice to. For online invoice payments we only accept ACH transfer (echeck). 

  • Invoices must be paid in full before shipment unless there is approved credit on the account. This means payment needs to be remitted for shipped orders before the trucking company picks up pallets on the day of shipment (anywhere from 10am-5pm)

  • Pallets of mixed bags are subject to a $25 fee if cancelled after they are stacked and wrapped. 

Credit Policies:

  • We offer a Net15 payment option with approval after a credit application is filled out to be kept on file. 

  • There is a 14 day grace period after the due date, at which time a 1.5% monthly interest rate applies to any open balance. 

  • Credit line is subject to revocation at any time.
